Few words from our clients

After playing soccer for over 30 years, and most of them as goalkeeper, I had endured years of lower back pain. In seeking medical advice, I seemed to receive conflicting remedies; anything from, taking anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant tablets, doing nothing/relaxing, to the need to strengthen my core. The ways recommended to achieve this would often exacerbate the ongoing issues I experienced.

I was then introduced to Cameron and his team at Physio Functional Health. I can honestly say that this is the best thing that has happened to me for my health, bar nothing. As I am completely supervised, and instructed on how to use the Medx equipment correctly, I feel very safe in the knowledge that I am getting stronger, safely. I feel fitter and stronger now, than I ever have.

I would highly recommend that anyone with any physical health issues to meet with Cameron and his staff. You will not be disappointed.
